Nowadays, Addiction of anything is wrong and most of the peoples are addicted of smoking. Cigarette Smoking is very harmful not only for the smokers but also people around smoker who have to inhale the same air. Smoking is major cause of increasing death rate in world. Most of the people who inhale such smoky air suffer from peptic ulceration and if they are addicted of alcohols as well, then they suffer from serious lung cancer which surely leads to death.
According to smoker, smoking has many good features like
• It helps to reduce their tensions.
• It helps to give them joy and pleasure.
• It helps to reduce weight etc…..
However, these are all fake reasons for not quitting this smoking habit. Though, just to quit Cigarette Smoking there are numerous camps as well as the hospitals that are helping these addicted peoples. If smokers give up this habit at a young age then it is a big gain but after that it is very hard to maintain. Coughing, chest pain, and breathlessness are main indications of smoking. The constituent of tobacco is very addictive and affects all organs in your body. Increase level of nicotine makes difficult to quit smoking. There are many ways to stop these deadly habits.
Today without the help of doctors and hospital, a smoker can quit this habit by using new smoking cessation methods to quit Cigarette Smoking. Wellbutrin is famous method which can stop smoking. This drug used by people with depressive disorder. You can give up the bad habit of smoking. You could take this drug during smoking. This drug breaks alcohol & nicotine receptors and breaks the excitement of smoking.
These methods are very simple but only then, when you have decided to quit finally. So if you really want to quit this habit then you have to be mentally very strong. At times who are addicted Cigarette Smoking think that if they will keep on smoking, therefore this habit could lead their life to death but obviously to leave this habit of smoking takes a lot of time. This task is very difficult and requires patience & hard work. “Final stage” is the stage when smoker finally get rid of this addiction and survive like normal human being. But after quitting this habit one should not continue with alcohols because it can again excite them for smoking.
