Flaunt It, Be Confident, and Be Prepared: The Art of Wearing a Bikini

Not all women are keen on wearing a bikini. There's no harm in flaunting your body and letting others appreciate it (in a non-perverted way), as long as you do it gracefully. Wearing a bikini is an art, but unfortunately, not all women know how to do it. All it takes is the right the kind of bikini, preparations, and an attitude that shouts a wholesome "sexy".

Body Type

Just because a string bikini looks good on a model doesn't mean it would equally look flattering on you; be realistic and know what kind of bikini best suits your body type. For instance, halter-top bikinis with underwire support are suitable for women with voluptuous breasts, while women with a small bust should opt for bikini tops with padding or ruffles add to volume. Meanwhile, women with short legs or torso can make do with a bikini that cuts high on the thigh to give an illusion of long legs. Boy shorts and bikinis with embellishments on the hips would really complement those who have long legs.

Color and Print

The color of your bikini should compliment your skin tone. Dark skin is best accentuated either with bright and neon colors or subtle shades like lavender, while fair skin will shine in bold colors and prints. There are a wide selection bikini patterns and designs to choose from.

Add-ons

Add extra drama to your bikini-wearing by putting add-ons to your look. A pair of sunglasses instantly sprinkles everything with glamour, while a wide-brimmed hat can give a dainty and refreshing look. Why not wear a see-through cover up while you're at it? A colorful sarong can jazz up a plain-colored bikini too.

Preparations

If it will be your first time to wear a bikini, it would be good to know the different preparations many women do. Some women slather themselves with sparkling tanning lotion or bronzer to highlight their features and give off a nice tanned look, while others get a Brazilian wax for a clean look and feeling. You can also try vaginal bleaching, a procedure more and more women undergo these days. Vaginal bleaching evens out the color of your vagina so you wouldn't have to worry about being semi-exposed upon wearing a bikini.

Confidence

Capping it all up is confidence, which you need to have in order to fully flaunt your stuff in a bikini. Wear your bikini with pride and attitude; try to conceal your self-consciousness if you can. With the right kind of bikini, preparations like vaginal bleaching, and loads of confidence, you will be surprised how wearing a bikini can be empowering as a woman, freeing you from inhibitions and self-doubt.
